300 Calories Protein Pancakes
Ingredients (1 serving)
- 150g egg whites (I use 2 Chicks from Waitrose or Sainsbury’s)
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein (unflavoured can work but add 1TSP stevia)
- 1 nectarine, or 1 kiwi fruit or 1 banana
- cinnamon for sprinkle
- 2 TBSP oats (optional). I really don’t add the oats but it makes the pancakes smoother. It will add around 100 calories.
Blend egg whites and protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth.
Heat up a pan at medium heat, spray with 1 calorie spray and make 2 pancakes. Make sure you don’t overcook them as they can become quite dry. Slice your selected fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon. Yum Yum!
