300 Calories Protein Pancakes

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 150g egg whites (I use 2 Chicks from Waitrose or Sainsbury’s)
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein (unflavoured can work but add 1TSP stevia)
  • 1 nectarine, or 1 kiwi fruit or 1 banana
  • cinnamon for sprinkle
  • 2 TBSP oats (optional). I really don’t add the oats but it makes the pancakes smoother. It will add around 100 calories.

Method:
Blend egg whites and protein powder until the mixture is completely smooth.

Heat up a pan at medium heat, spray with 1 calorie spray and make 2 pancakes. Make sure you don’t overcook them as they can become quite dry. Slice your selected fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon. Yum Yum!
