CLASS DESCRIPTION

glutes

STRONG GLUTES is a virtual 35 minute low impact workout designed to target your lower body. Using a combination of multi joint compound exercises that target the legs, glutes and core, alongside muscle specific isolation movements to teach how how to activate your glutes and raise muscle awareness. Our method will not only tone you up but will also focus on exercise execution and technique. All of the above while having fun and burning calories! This is a low impact class, suitable to all fitness levels allowing participants to work at their own pace. /span>

WHAT YOU NEED:
A mat or large towel is required. Can be done without equipment at all. Resistance bands and dumbbells are optional.

FULL BODY STRENGTH is a virtual 35 minute full body workout will target every muscle group leaving you fit and strong. This no fuss, classic whole body class will tone you up and boost your fitness level at the same time.This is a weights based workout.

WHAT YOU NEED:
Ideally a pair of lighter dumbbells and a pair of heavier dumbbells to get the most out of this class. Can be done with one pair.

HIIT YOUR GLUTES & CORE is a virtual 35 minute intense workout that delivers a combination or cardio, glute and core moves. This 3 in 1 workout will challenge your heart rate while targeting your glutes and abdominal muscles at the same time. This is a medium to high impact body weight class.

WHAT YOU NEED:
A resistance band and towel. No weights required, this is a body weight class.

cardio

ENERGISE CARDIO CORE is a virtual 35 minute class aimed at strengthening your core muscles with a mix of body weight moves and localised ab work that will raise your heart rate and burn those abdominal muscles. This is a medium to high impact class suitable to all fitness levels where lower impact variations will be given. Work at your own pace!

WHAT YOU NEED:
No equipment required, a mat or large towel is all you need.
